New Top Dog in Bryant: Hounds Lounge Pet Resort and Spa

Have you heard the paw-some news? Hounds Lounge just opened a new location in Bryant, Arkansas! We are so excited to offer doggie daycare, dog boarding, dog grooming and DIY washes to our existing customers in the area, as well as brand new furry faces.

About Us

Hounds Lounge Pet Resort and Spa was founded by two pet pawrents, Mandy and Justin, who couldn’t find a dog facility that met all their desires. They wanted a place that provided open space, a cozy private spot to sleep, and around-the-clock care and supervision. When they discovered their ideal dog facility didn’t exist, they took matters into their own paws, opening the furrrst Hounds Lounge in Little Rock in 2016.

Eventually, two more locations in Central Arkansas followed, as well as one in Northwest Arkansas. Bryant is the fifth and newest location!

Thanks to our tail-wagging service, Hounds Lounge has grown quite the pack. We have loyal campers who join us for doggie daycare nearly every day. We’ve earned impressive accolades, including being named the “Best of the Best Dog Boarding & Pet Facility” since 2016 by the Arkansas Democrat Gazette. Through it all, we’ve remained locally owned and operated. We’re thrilled that our pack is growing to Bryant! 

Our Doggie Doors Are Open in Bryant

To celebrate opening our newest location, we threw a grrrand opening pawty on December 10 at Hounds Lounge Bryant. The pawty – coined Holiday with the Hounds – included free DIY baths, off-leash play, treats for hoomans and dogs, prizes, and photos with the Grinch. We also graciously accepted donations for the Humane Society of Saline County – thank you to our Bryant guests for lending a helping hand and paw.

Plus, we offered facility tours! If you missed the big day, here’s the lay of the land.

The Grrrand Tour

When you walk through the doors of 519 W Commerce St. (AKA Hounds Lounge Bryant), you’ll be greeted by an adorable, illuminated “Woof” sign above the front desk… and you’ll probably hear some woofs, too! Our lobby is manned by friendly, dog-loving hoomans who are excited to answer any questions you may have about the Lounge. 

DIY Dog Wash Stations

To your left, you’ll see our DIY dog wash stations behind a glass door. This area offers three raised tubs where hoomans can bathe woofs of various sizes. We provide towels, aprons, shampoos and conditioners, brushes, ear and eye wipes, and top-rated blow dryers – and we clean up after you’re done.

It can be quite the chore to bathe your dog at home, so our self-serve dog wash stations exist to make bath time as easy as pawsible! The days of a sore back and a furry tub are gone. Plus, at $15.00 for a small dog and $20.00 for a large dog, our DIY dog wash is more affordable than grooming. And the benefits go beyond aesthetics! As we discuss in our Dog Grooming and Style Guide, “regular dog grooming, including brushing and nail trimming, can go a long way in helping your pooch become accustomed to being handled, bathed and trimmed.” Plus, all dog grooming appointments come with a complimentary day of doggie daycare!

Doggie Daycare

We mentioned doggie daycare above, so let’s dig into it! Doggie daycare is one of our most pawpular services, beloved by canines and hoomans alike. 

At the Bryant location, you’ll find three indoor play yards and a large outdoor play yard where woofs can have fun with their furriends all day long. Pooches are separated into play groups based on their size and temperament, and there’s even a private resort option for lone wolves. The pack is always supervised by our dog-loving staff. 

Doggie daycare is a grrreat way for dogs to burn energy and make new buddies. Plus, whether hoomans work in town or commute to Little Rock, Hot Springs or elsewhere, our Bryant location is conveniently located for morning drop-offs! If you want to give doggie daycare a shot, you’re in luck – your woof’s first day is free! Just make sure Fido has his required vaccinations to attend doggie daycare. 

Overnight Stays

If all day play at doggie daycare isn’t enough for your woof, they can also pawty all night with our overnight dog boarding – well, they’ll actually snooze all night. At the Bryant Hounds Lounge, the doors behind the front desk lead to our private, luxury suites where furry guests catch their zzz’s. Each suite has a personal, raised Kuranda dog bed and each pup receives turn-down service after a long, happy day at doggie daycare. It really is the suite life!

Because of our 24/7 on-site staff who’s CPR and Pet First Aid certified, Hounds Lounge is the alpha option for dog boarding.
