HOUNDS LOUNGE COVID-19 UPDATES
We’re Open and Still Pawtying!
While the rest of the world is freaking out, we’re still loving on puppies!
As you know, the health and safety of our furry guests has always been our top priority at Hounds Lounge.
So is yours.
Our cleaning standards have always been high and that is still the case. We’re kicking it up a few notches for our two-legged clients’ health. Our staff is doubling down on our sanitizing protocols and ensuring all common areas are sanitized thoroughly. We are sanitizing our public door knobs, credit card processors, public bathrooms and dog self-wash areas every 30 minutes. We’re proud to share with you that our cleaning products have been approved by the CDC to kill COVID-19 and we have plenty in stock.
All Hounds Lounge locations will remain open for regular business hours. We will continue to play off-leash daily, staff around-the-clock for boarding guest’s safety, and ensure our self-wash stations are stocked and sanitized. Our groomers will also continue to give your doggos the pampering they deserve!
HOT TOPIC: Can dogs get the new coronavirus (COVID-19)?
It appears that the virus that causes COVID-19 can spread from people to animals in some situations. A small number of pets worldwide, including cats and dogs, have been reported to be infected with the virus that causes COVID-19, mostly after close contact with people with COVID-19. Based on the limited information available to date, the risk of animals spreading COVID-19 to people is considered to be low. For more information, please visit CDC.gov.
In order for Hounds Lounge to continue providing services, we simply ask you to please be respectful to our dog-loving, hard-working staff. Keep your dogs home if you are not feeling well or have been in recent contact with any contagious illness.
